Raspberry belini

Today I am sharing with you my last summer cocktail.

Raspberry Belini! Great for girls nights.

For one bottle of champagne/ prosecco 

1 cup of raspberries
1 tbsp coconut nectar or coconut sugar
1/3 cup of coconut water

Champagne glasses


1. Blend the raspberries, coconut water and the sugar in a food processor, until smooth.
2. Pour 2 tbsp of raspberry pure to the champagne glasses, top up with bubbles.
3. Stir gently and enjoy.
