Pesto it's a great addition to pasta, aromatic mozzarella with basil and tomatoes. This Italian sauce comes in many flavours and colours but today I we will focus on my favourite - basil pesto with truffles with the addition of powerful moringa.
It's tasty, effective and does not require great culinary skills, and it takes only few minutes to make.
As many of you heard, moringa is best known as an excellent source of nutrition and great energy booster.
2 cups of fresh basil
3 cloves of smoked garlic
1/2 tsp shredder truffless
1/3 cup organic virgin olive oil
pinch of himalayan salt
2 tbsp pine nuts
Garlic, salt and basil, mix in food processor adding cheese and nuts until well combined. Still grinding, gradually pour the olive oil and shredded truffles and blend until the sauce is smooth.
