Green booster smoothie- recipe !

Green smoothies have been so popular !!!  I realised that more people consuming smoothies every day or at least several times a week. Since i started using tube on daily basis this month I can see so many people on the tube sipping their yummy smoothies and to be honest most of them are green smoothies.





So why green smoothies are good for you ?





1. Green smoothies are rich in immune boosting nutrients: witamins A and C, as well as protein, fiber and calcium, they also help clear out toxins from your body
2. They are very easy to digest 
3. Green veggies  are full of chlorophyll ( pigment found in all leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, celery and lettuce) which has incredible energising, alkalinising, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying benefits.
4. For those who are gluten-free or soy-free or nut free. Green smoothies are a great way to incorporate many healthful ingredients to YOUR dietary needs and preferences.


WHAT THE  IS IN GREEN SMOOTHIE?!

Green smoothies are very easy to make plus they are delicious. Tasty combination of leafy greens +liquid base+ fruit ( alternatively + supefoods+ seeds ).

Leafy greens: kale, argula, salad, spinach, Collard Greens, Bok Choy, celery, lettuce, Chard, Cilantro, Parsley, Dandelion Greens, Cabbag, Avocado*

Fruit: any, fresh and frozen, Lemons and Limes -citrus are very alkalising for the body

Liquid base- almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water, cold pressed juice

Superfoods, seeds, nuts ( chia seeds, hemp seeds, buckwheat, almonds cashews and many more) 

*Avocado is a technically a fruit. Green creamy flesh is a great addition to our smoothies. Eating avocados or adding them to your smoothies  have many health benefits, including a healthier heart, better skin, helping you lose weight and many more. 



So what I put in my green booster ?!

Servs 2:

1 ripe avocado
2 ripe bananas ( you can have one fresh one frozen)
2 big leafs of kale
2 organic burs spirulina tablets
1 kiwi
400ml unsweetened almond milk - Blue Diamond 
1 tsbp of hemp seeds
2 cups of spinach
optional: 1tsp of agave
